These terms govern your use of founderscale.co and the digital products sold by Data Spark LLC ("Data Spark", "FounderScale", "I", "we"). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them. Questions go to federico@datasparkgrowth.com.
I sell digital products for ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands, including ad-template packs and creative systems. Product pages describe what each one includes. Access is delivered digitally after purchase.
When you buy a template pack, I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the templates for your own brand and its advertising. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the raw files as your own product. The underlying design assets stay the property of Data Spark LLC.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, sales are final unless a product page or offer states otherwise. Where a specific offer carries its own written guarantee, that guarantee governs and I honor it.
My products and content are tools and information, not a promise of a specific business outcome. Your results depend on your product, market, and execution. Nothing here is financial, legal, or investment advice.
Do not use the site to break the law, infringe intellectual property, or disrupt the service. I may suspend access that violates these terms.
To the extent the law allows, Data Spark LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or products. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
