Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Data Spark LLC ("Data Spark", "FounderScale", "I", "we") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit founderscale.co, request a resource, or buy a product. If you have any question, write to federico@datasparkgrowth.com.

Who I am

Data Spark LLC, 5830 East 2nd Street, STE 7000, Casper, WY 82609, USA. Data Spark is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What I collect

Contact data you give me directly: your name and email when you request a free resource or subscribe.
Co-registration data. When you claim an offer of mine through a partner newsletter or lead-generation page (for example the Ecommerce Coffee Break / EcomAudience "claim your free resources" page), that partner shares the email and name you opted in with, so I can send you the resource you selected.
Purchase data when you buy a product: your email and order details, processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
Usage data collected through cookies and similar tools: pages viewed, device and browser type, and ad interaction, via Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.

How I use it

To deliver the resource, product, or updates you asked for.
To send marketing emails about my products and content, where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
To measure and improve my advertising and website.
To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Legal basis

For visitors in the EU and UK, I rely on your consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies), on the performance of a contract (to deliver a product you bought), and on my legitimate interest (to run and improve my business) as the legal bases for processing.

Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal data. I share it only with the service providers that run this business, and only for the purposes above:

Stripe for payment processing.
Meta and Google for advertising and analytics.
My email and hosting providers to send messages and serve the site.

Retention

I keep contact data for as long as you stay subscribed or as needed for the purposes above, and purchase records for as long as the law requires. When data is no longer needed, I delete it.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to stop marketing emails, or to restrict processing. To exercise any right, email federico@datasparkgrowth.com and I will respond within the timeframe the law allows. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the rights granted under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies to work and analytics and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) to measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based ads through Meta and Google.

I may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
